As a result she is highly successful as a Mentor and  Coach to the Corporate Executives and Individuals, alike. A Post Graduate in Science & Management, she has held many Scholarships and University Positions,to her credit. She is a  Life Member of Indian Society For Training   & Development, Lucknow Chapter. She has given more than two and a half decades of professional services to the Corporate World. In pursuit of excellence, Rachna, has developed many innovative practices which induce the participants to interact actively, develop their abilities and implement on their plans, out of their own free will. She, is a guest consultant on local Radio, and TV channels and has been on air since last  twenty five years. Her articles, fiction and non fiction, keep appearing in the leading news  papers and magazines. She is a graduate Kathak dancer, and a regular practitioner of Reiki  and The Art Of Living Kriyas, as well. She is dynamic facilitator, motivator and organiser.
